Exchange support
Issue refund, reorder
Most new, unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Personalized or customized products are excluded.
Condition check
Items must be unused, in the same condition, and shipped back in original packaging.
We keep the return workflow simple and well-documented.

Reach out to read@khajina.co.in or 8275390999 to request a return authorization (RMA).

Pack securely
Include all accessories and clearly label the package with the provided RMA if applicable.

Ship back
Return shipping is payable by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
We notify you when the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable unless we’re at fault.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please complete a return and place a fresh order for the item you need.
Report transit damage immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying photos and courier logs.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, please follow the return steps once the package arrives.
